With the help of GTC's great supporter, Kresimir Kovarik, aka 9A5K, and after close cooperation with him, we now have the new version of contest logging software DXLog.net (v1.0.41), which he has written, and which supports GTC CW Cup, even with the new rules of 2012.

Kremisir`s software is currently free of charge and you may download it from here.

If, during installation, you are asked to install also Microsoft .NET Framework v4, you may download it from here.

After the installation of the software, you have to copy and overwrite (right click & Save As) the configuration file GTC.txt which you will find here in the subfolder named Contest, located in the installation folder of the software, e.g. C:\Program Files\DXLog.net\Contest

Affixed hereafter are examples of how to fill in the contest configuration screens for members and non-members cases, as well as an example of how to enter QSO data in the main QSO entry screen of the program:

Members of the Greek Telegraphy Club have to enter in the field Exchange, in the Contest Configuration screen, the word GTC and in the field State/Province/Other their member number in three-digit format, e.g. 028.

Non-members in the same screen shall ONLY enter in the field Exchange the word NM and leave the field State/Province/Other blank.

UPDATE - 3rd OCTOBER 2012

9A5K has just informed us that he has now available the new updated version of DXLog.net, which applies all the aforementioned corrections for the 2nd GTC CW Cup. Additionally, now when you enter the callsign of a GTC member, the GTC member number is filled in automatically at the respective field.
